SPINNING®
The SPINNING®
exercise program is a true fitness phenomenon and one of
the industries fastest growing health club programs. Originally
created 15 years ago, by the athlete and mind/body fitness
advocate, Johnny G, the SPINNING® workout regimen utilizes
specially designed stationary bikes and participatory coaching
techniques to provide people of all athletic levels and
motivational capacities a challenging, rewarding, collaborative
and essentially fun approach to physical fitness. Spinning
is non-impact and appropriate for all levels.
OAC offers 16 Lemond Revmaster Indoor Group Cycling Bike
with RevMaster Pilot Cadence Meters. The RevMaster Pilot
displays your workout statistics- eliminating the guesswork
of indoor cycling instruction. Classes are more unified,
and it is easier to use cadence, time, distance, heart rate
and calories factors to help class participants be more
successful.
