OAC PERSONAL TRAINING
Using an OAC personal fitness trainer is like having your
own "one-on-one" personal coach. They will help
make the challenge of working out more exciting and fun by
providing constant attention to your own personal fitness
goals. Oakland Athletic Club's qualified personal trainers
have educational backgrounds in the field of exercise science.
They will provide you with extra motivation, education and
the techniques throughout the entire workout. Sessions are
available on an individual basis as well as semi-private or
group sessions. OAC also offers group sessions and home training.
STRETCHING
Fifteen to thirty minutes of stretching will increase flexibility,
prevent injury, promote good posture and increase the potential
for gaining muscular strength. Beginning and ending a workout
with proper stretching techniques is essential.
NUTRITION
Essential for getting rid of unwanted fat and helping to
maintain and grow muscles.
WEIGHT TRAINING
Essential for Helpful for gaining muscle and also for losing
fat.
