The Athlete Factory @ Oakland Athletic Club offers
training programs to young athletes’ ages 13-18.
Both young men and women are encouraged to participate
in off season training regimes in order to be stronger,
faster, and better
than their opponents. The Athlete Factory can help
educate young athletes young athletes about proper
nutrition and fitness for their individual sport!
The Athlete Factory, featuring Bob Carleton,
MAT, CSCS, ACE-PT, focuses on:
- Sport Specific Individual
Training
- Team Training
- Female Injury Prevention
Program
Oakland Athletic Club is a full service
health club facility offering free weights, cardio
machines, and aerobic gym. The Athlete Factory will
have full use of the facility under the direction
of Bob Carleton and his team of personal trainers.
There will be six afternoon group programs
a week beginning November 12th scheduled classes for
4:15pm-5:15pm & 5:15pm-6:15pm.
